Carlton A. Allen

CW3 (Ret) Carlton Allen began his military career in the Signal Corps as a Radio Teletype Operator with Morse code. Assignments include 1/67th Armor Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas, 97th Signal Battalion NATO and 1/34th Armor Battalion, Fort Riley, KS. In 1996 he graduated Ordnance Missile and Munitions School and Center as a TOW/Dragon Missile Technician. Assignments include 563rd Ordnance Company, Germany, 101st Forward Support Battalion, Ft Lewis, WA and 71st Ordnance Company Hanau Germany. He received his Warrant in 1990 and served as Logistics Assistance Material Officer, 83rd Ordnance Battalion, Battery Maintenance Officer, Battalion Maintenance Officer and Rear Detachment Commander in 4th Battalion, 3rd Air Defense Artillery, Kitzengen, Germany. His last assignment was a Senior Instructor Writer at the Warrant Officer Career Center and School, Fort Rucker, AL.

Carlton holds a Bachelor degree from Columbia College, St Louis, MO.

His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal (1st Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Commendation Medal (6th Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Achievement Medal (2nd Oak Leaf Cluster), NATO Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal 2nd Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (5th Award), Instructor of the Quarter, 1st Quarter FY 2001

Since retiring in 2003, Carlton has served six year as Senior Logistics Analyst for Ground Based Midcourse Defense Systems Logistic Directorate. Since joining MSSI, Mr Allen serves as a Program Manager.
